Commands: Create an Auto Price Alert

/pricealert auto new <collection> <changeamount> | <condition> (optional)

NOTE: changeamount can be either a flat amount of SOL or a % percent change. NOTE: Condition by default is set to "both" which will alert you for when a floor price goes up OR down. If you want to only be notified for an increase, change the condition to "pump", and vice versa, use "dump".
